This is a unique global event able to be enjoyed by you from the comfort of your living room. However, for those who able to make it to our viewing centre in Auckland, we will be able to celebrate together.
Purpose: partake in the global celebration venerating the status of The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) - the Prophet of Mercy - and expressing joy for his honourable birth, while benefiting from leading sacred scholars teaching the signs, the birth, the life of our Prophet peace be upon him (PBUH).
Many of you will be aware of this magnificent online event. Do not let this opportunity to love and learn about the Prophet PBUH from these scholars pass you by!
This is a unique opportunity to join the Celebrate Mercy for the online celebration starting 11pm sharp on the 28th, in Onehunga, Auckland.
This will be RMDT's official venue of Celebrate Mercy in Auckland.
Should you wish to join us, please register below. Only confirmed registrations online are being accepted at this late stage. Please also confirm the number attending via email to us - celebrate@rmdt.org.nz
Each attendee will be asked to bring a plate of cultural food from their homeland to enjoy on this late evening, as well as an item they wish to share about the Prophet (SAWS). This item might typically be a hadith, or from elsewhere, such as the Quran.
We look forward to hearing from you if you are confirmed to attend.
PS To be invited to future RMDT member events, be sure to join RMDT on facebook!
If you cannot attend:
By registering on the celebratemercy.com site now, you can be part of this celebration of the beloved Prophet PBUH from your living room, and benefit from some of the leading scholars of our time, all coming together for the one purpose - to spread knowledge and love of the Prophet of Allah, PBUH.
Thus, from your home you can still be part of this veneration in your home with your family and friends - be sure to focus only on the things that express thankfulness to Allah, such as reciting Quran, eating food, giving charity, praising the Prophet, reading hadith about his life, or on piety which moves hearts and drives them to do good and work for the Hereafter.
And don’t forget, afterwards to 'celebrate' every hour and every moment - for what bounty is greater than the bounty of the Prophet PBUH, the Prophet of Mercy!
